So let’s say you have decided to take out personal training with me. There would be a reason for you quite obviously.

Whatever that reason is, perhaps you would like to move better, feel better or perhaps getting lean.

Wouldn’t it be nice if I helped you to develop  the skills that you need to reach your goal?

In that way, you will not only reach your goal but with the skills that I have taught you should be able to form a habit that you can take with you for the rest of your life.

Personal training in this day and age is not so much about conditioning only.

I see myself as a life-style consultant more than anything.
